Terms & Conditions
All dogs require proof of vaccination. A certificate must be shown on check in indicating that a minimum C5 immunization has been administered within the last 12 months and not less than 7 days prior to boarding and must be sighted by Royal Rover Staff members
If veterinary attention is required, the owner is liable for all expenses, including in the event of serious illness or injury. Every effort will be made to contact the owner but where the owner cannot be contacted, the veterinary surgeons decision will be final. A fee of $40 applies for Royal Rover to take your dog to the vet. This is payable in addition to the vet bill.
Flea & Tick Treatment
All dogs must be treated for fleas/ticks in the presence of Royal Rover staff prior to proceeding through to the kennels. For extended stays dogs will be treated with either Frontline or Advantix at the owner’s expense. Your dog needs and deserves every protection from fleas in a boarding environment.
We will always attempt to contact the owner in the event of an animal not being collected within 14 days of the nominated departure date, however, if the owner cannot be contacted, the animal can be sold or re-homed at Royal Rover’s discretion. All monies owing, including fees and costs relating to disposal, shall be payable by the owner forthwith after receipt of Royal Rover’s advice as to the amount thereof. If the costs are not paid as provided above, legal proceedings will be instigated without further notice.
All boarding fees must be paid for in advance. Special arrangements can be made with Royal Rover for dogs boarding for periods longer than 30 days, or under special circumstances by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
The fully booked period will be charged.
Boarding rates are charged per calendar day.
